by Phone, Fax or Email You can contact us toll-free by phone at 1-877-292-8791, fax your order to (253) 826-2226 or email: elitetouchgifts@comcast.net. Please include contact person's name, phone number and e-mail address. If an e-mail address is supplied, we will e-mail an order confirmation to you. All other confirmations will occur via phone. Include recipient's phone number. We do not contact your gift recipient by phone unless there are difficulties with the delivery. Delivery Area We offer shipping within the United States to physical addresses only. Local hand delivery area includes the Greater Puget Sound in Washington State. Outside local delivery area we use UPS, FedX and the US Post Office. Interstate Alchohol Delivery Regulationts concerning shipping alcohol vary state to state. If we are unable to ship alcohol into that state, we will contact you. When shipping alcohol it is sent "Adult Signature Required". Guarantee Policy We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, just let us know and we will make it right. Shipping Insurance We insured against loss and damage during shipping. Personalized Messages with Gift Baskets If you wish, we can include a gift card with your gift basket. Just let us know your message. Washington State Sales tax State law requires us to collect sales tax on all baskets delivered within Washington State. Product substitution If a particular item is no longer available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge. |
